• Ensure sump pump is in operation
• Check HVAC mechanicals and thermostat
• Check refrigerator and freezer operation
• Check major plumbing for drips and leaks
• Check clocks and log any power outage
• Ensure pool and hot-tub covers are secure
• Check other exterior buildings, storage bins and fixtures are secure
• Check for storm damage and arrange for tree removal
• Arrange snow removal and deal with ice-jams
• Exercise generator as needed

For Shore homes, we also:

• Check dock and moorings
• Check decking and railings
• Check for signs of sea water incursion
• Rinse dock and deck with freshwater if needed
• Inspect dunes, walkways and beach access
• Check flagpole and replace flag if needed

Our in-house handyman will fix issues as they arise, or schedule a specialist should one be required. We will also conduct a periodic maintenance visit to close and reopen your home.
