Home Manager

We take over the grind of managing all your home services.

We schedule your established service providers – cleaners, landscapers, pool service, pest control, and more – coordinating them into agreed time windows so that you have the peace to enjoy your home.

Our in-house handyman service will handle many maintenance tasks and new projects quickly and efficiently. For projects that need specialist trades, we create scopes of work, source contractors, schedule work, ensure it is completed to the highest standard. then manage transparent billing and payment.

We open and close homes seasonally, monitor vacant homes while you’re away, and coordinate logistics for your seasonal relocation. We service the upper Jersey Shore, so can manage your vacation home too.

If you have an external storage solution, we rotate items back and forth, ensuring that items are indexed for easy retreival. We also ferry your vehicles for service and relocation, and coordinate walking, sitting and boarding for your pets.

Periodic Maintenance Visits

We conduct seasonal maintenence ourselves, covering a comprehensive checklist of over 100 items.

We run through your home, inside and out, room by room, inspecting for wear and tear, replacing filters and bulbs, cleaning vents and screens, conducting seasonal preparedness tasks, and making handyman fixes on the spot. We check your HVAC, electrical, plumbing, generator, sump pump, major appliances, and other essential mechanicals – even inspect your roof with a drone.

Handyman Services

If it’s on your home to-do list, we can probably take care of it. We have a comprehensive list of services – including home repairs, decoration, building self-assembly purchases, art hanging, TV mounting, minor electrical and plumbing.

We also offer specialist services such as checking on your home while you are away, coordination services for your move, home organization and storage design, and residential rental property maintenance.

Billing & Budget Management

One monthly bill for your entire home.

Managing and paying the multitiude of established contractors and specialists for your home is a headache you don’t need. We take over scheduling and billing, managing contracts for your established providers and consolidating all payments into a single monthly invoice.

Emergency Support

On call 24/7 emergency support and coordination.

We respond quickly to limit damage and, if needed, get the right specialist to your home as soon as possible. We then coordinate with insurance inspectors, manage claims, and schedule specialist contractors to remediate and restore your home.

Vacant Home Monitoring

Peace of mind for extended absences.

If you close your home for weeks or months at a time, you need the confidence that it will be in great shape when you return. We visit your home once a week, conduct critical checks, fix issues as they arise, or schedule a specialist should one be needed. We will also close and reopen your home, and help you manage your other relocation logistics.

Construction Management

We manage large or complex home projects on your behalf, whether a specialist home repair or a complete renovation project.

As a Licensed Home Improvement Contractor, we speak the language of the construction industry. As your advocate, we represent your interests, communicate your preferences, ensure your sign-off on every key decision, and manage timelines throughout. You compensate us for our time, so we have no incentive to pad budgets or over-charge for materials.

We work with architects and engineers, source contractors, and manage the bidding process. We understand pricing and materials, so will evaluate options, ensuring quality without wasting money. We work with contractors on scheduling, ensure all permits are obtained, manage the budget, approve payments, and perform on-site checks so that work is completed to your satisfaction.
