We schedule regular visits to review a comprehensive checklist of over 100 items throughout your home (see below). We replace consumables, clean fixtures, conduct seasonal maintenance tasks, inspect for wear & tear – and make small fixes on the spot.

We manage your established service providers – cleaners, landscapers, pool service, pest control and more – ensuring work to the highest standards and managing their schedules into agreed time windows so that you can enjoy your home.
We also open and close homes seasonally, manage family relocation logistics, find house-sitters, source pet boarding, ferry vehicles, and schedule auto maintenance. Managing your external storage solution seamlessly, we rotate items as needed – whether it be high value art, sentimental keepsakes, or holiday decorations.
If specialist home repairs are needed, or you decide to undertake a renovation project, we can schedule an approved contractor or manage a triple-bid. We work with architects and engineers, ensure all permits are obtained, manage budgets and work with contractors on-site as a homeowner’s advocate to ensure the project is completed on time, to budget and meets quality standards.

You can request an additonal visit for any home handyman tasks that arise outside our regular maintenance cadence.
We are also available to take on other tasks – such as furniture and toy assembly, art hanging, packing, clear-outs, home organization and local errands. If it’s on your honey-do list, we can take care of it.

Managing and paying the multitiude of established vendors and specialists for your home is a headache you don’t need. We take over scheduling and billing, managing contracts for established providers and consolidating all payments into a single monthly invoice.
Since we know what things should cost – and we get paid only for our time – we are knowledgable advocates who will get optimal value from contractors and ensure that no corners are cut.

For clients who choose it, we also offer 24/7 emergency coordination. When something unexpected happens to your home, you have one number to call.
We respond quickly to limit damage, then coordinate with insurance inspectors, manage claims and coordinate specialist contractors to remediate and restore your home as soon as possible.
You should always call 911 in the event of medical emergency, fire, or other immediate threat to life.
